Who we are

Educational information only
Our content is for general education. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Never stop, skip, or change a medicine because of anything you read here. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist first.
What we collect
Email sign-ups. When you request a free checklist or join our email list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. We also record the date and time of your sign-up, the form you used, and your confirmation click, so we can show that you agreed.
Basic site data. Like most websites, our server and security tools may record your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
Comments and contact messages. If you leave a comment or write to us, we keep what you send and the details attached to it, such as your IP address and browser user agent, to help detect spam.
How we use it
We use your email address to send the checklist you asked for, to ask you to confirm your sign-up, and to send occasional emails about related free resources and new videos. We do not sell your personal information.
Email and consent
We use double opt-in. After you sign up, we send a confirmation email, and you only join our list once you click the link in it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can unsubscribe at any time, or write to us and we will remove you.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and send email, including our web hosting company and our email sending service. They process your information only to provide those services for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. If you request a password reset on an account, your IP address is included in the reset email.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies needed for logging in and security. If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies for one year. Logged-in users receive login cookies that last up to two weeks if “Remember Me” is selected. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this page.
Embedded content and links
Pages may include embedded content, such as YouTube videos, or links to other sites. Those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with their content under their own policies.
Images
If you upload images to the site, avoid files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download images and extract that data.
How long we keep it
We keep your email subscription record for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so that we do not email you again. Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be recognised. Registered users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except their username.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to receive an exported copy, or to have it erased, except where we must keep it for legal, administrative, or security reasons. Visitor comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Children
